Had the best experience shopping at Hub Furniture. They helped us find the perfect couch at a great price which our entire family can fit on. One of the cushion covers got damaged while we were transporting it home and Hub Furniture replaced it when they were not responsible and didn’t need to. It’s hard to find such great customer service anymore and they really went above and beyond for us. I would buy again from them without hesitation and recommend them to anyone.

The people are always friendly and never ‘hover’ when you just want some time to check things out. There was a snafu with my delivery, but they made it right immediately and the delivery guys were polite and went above and beyond to figure out how to get something through a narrow space with no scratches or damage. Top Notch!

Overall my experience with buying a chair at Hub was excellent, especially the customer service. The initial salesperson took the time to explain the difference in the pricing and quality between a good chair and a great chair. I preferred the seat and style of the "good chair" and on receipt the fabric I chose did not form perfectly to the shape of the chair. I called, Hub, sent a picture and they agreed to replace the chair. The new chair is perfect and I will definitely return for more purchases. I am confident that Hub will go the extra mile to satisfy a customer.
